2017 LLV Fires

Below is a memo from the USPS that shows as of 10/23/2017 there have been 88 postal vehicle fires for 2017.  So basically, we have only seen a portion of those reported in the media.  This is a far more dangerous problem than previously thought.  Also notice that the fire potential seems to be being blamed on the carrier for unapproved modifications?? SMH
