After years of financial losses and resulting organizational degradation, the Postal Service’s ability to leverage its independence, resources, and infrastructure to operate as Congress had intended is in question.
As the Postal Service works to implement its 10-year “Delivering for America” transformation plan, it’s time to ask how postal leadership will achieve the financial sustainability and performance that the American people expect.
