Supply Management has released its latest three-year strategic plan, which covers the years 2022-2024.
“It is more important than ever for Supply Management to work cross-functionally to meet the future needs of the organization,” said Mark Guilfoil, the department’s vice president.
“Our new strategic plan is aligned with the organization’s core goals.”
Supply Management has published strategic plans for more than 20 years.
The aim is to establish goals and initiatives to put the department on a continuous improvement track, and to ensure it can respond to unexpected developments.
