The US Postal Service is proposing to eliminate Priority Mail Regional Rate boxes and restructure postal zones as part of the changes coming on January 22, 2023 along with new rates.
The USPS published a “Release Overview Document January 2023” that includes planned changes under review for 2023. However, the information is “predecisional” and subject to change.
Most importantly, it does not include the proposed rate changes yet, which, once revealed, will still have to be approved by the Postal Regulatory Commission.
