US Postal Service defeated a lawsuit claiming it discriminated against a White man

The US Postal Service successfully defended against a lawsuit alleging discrimination against a White man in favor of a younger Black woman for a management position, as well as retaliation after he raised concerns.

The retired employee failed to demonstrate that the employer’s decision to promote the woman instead of him was a pretext for bias based on race or age, according to the US District Court for the District of Hawaii.

Additionally, the agency has been granted summary judgment on his claims of retaliation and a hostile work environment.
