TSP – Change to delivery of payment confirmation notices

Change to delivery of payment confirmation notices — When you receive money from your TSP account, we’ll send you a payment confirmation notice according to your communication delivery preference—either electronically to your secure participant mailbox in My Account or by mail to your preferred address. Previously, we sent all payment confirmation notices by mail.

How to update your delivery preference
To update your delivery preference from a browser on your desktop computer or mobile device, log in to My Account. Select the profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen to open the profile menu and select “Manage Communications.”

To update your delivery preference from the TSP Mobile App, select the profile icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen and scroll down to select “Review/Change details.” Scroll down to the note under your phone information and select the “Manage Communications” link.
