The holiday season is a busy time for the U.S. Post Office. One particular week claims the title as the busiest of the year, however.
According to the USPS, its busiest time of the season begins two weeks before Christmas. In general, it is expected that customer traffic at all post offices will steadily increase beginning the week of Dec. 5 with the week of Dec. 12 being the busiest mailing, shipping and delivery week of the season.
