Postmaster General Louis DeJoy rang the opening bell at the Nasdaq stock exchange Dec. 23.
During brief remarks, DeJoy discussed the Delivering for America plan and the investments the Postal Service is making in technology, infrastructure, and processing, delivery, transportation and retail operations.
The Postmaster General also thanked those who participated in USPS Operation Santa, the annual program that allows people to adopt letters to help Santa Claus fulfill the holiday wishes of thousands of children.
