If you haven’t completed your Postal Pulse employee survey, you must do so before July 15.
The survey, which began June 14, allows the Postal Service to obtain feedback on its efforts to improve its workplace environments. The survey is run by Gallup and takes about five minutes to complete.
Bargaining employees should have received the survey at their homes and workplaces, and also by email if they have a USPS Outlook account.
Nonbargaining employees received an email that allows them to complete the survey.
Although many employees have several options to complete the survey, only one survey received by Gallup for each employee will be counted.
Gallup doesn’t share individual employee survey responses with USPS. Summary data will be shared with USPS.
If you have questions about the survey, email Engagement@usps.gov.
