A USPS tractor-trailer fatally struck a woman who was riding a motorized scooter, police say.
The incident took place on the corner of Fort Hamilton Parkway and 59th Street in Borough Park.
Police say the victim is a 57-year-old Asian woman who was riding her motorized bike southbound against traffic, when she lost control and collided with the USPS vehicle.
Police have blocked off the surrounding area as investigation continues. No arrests have been made at this time.
