The Postal Service wants to remind employees that they have access to licensed professionals who are available to provide confidential counseling, consultation and coaching services to help manage life’s challenges.

The organization has designated April as USPS Employee Assistance Program to highlight the free, voluntary program that offers assessment, referral, short-term counseling and more to postal employees and their families.EAP provides 24/7 access to licensed professionals who can provide:

• Face-to-face counseling;

• Video counseling;

• Telephonic counseling;

• “In the moment” support;

• Online therapy;

• Coaching and training;

• Consultations;

• EAP orientations;

• Critical incident response; and
