Postal Service employees can participate in an upcoming webinar on mental health in the workplace.
The session, a partnership between the USPS Wellness team and Aetna, will be held May 9 at noon Eastern.
The webinar will explore what to do when a colleague appears to be suffering from a mental health condition, tools to help, how to have hard conversations, and ways to offer support.
Participants must register before the event on the webinar website.
Following the session, every registrant will receive an email with a link to a recording of the webinar.
Participation is voluntary. Nonexempt employees may only participate off the clock or during authorized breaks.
