An Oklahoma mail delivery contractor says the US Postal Service is violating federal law by recruiting its employees and terminating its contract under an insourcing plan, according to a complaint filed with the US Court of Federal Claims.
Louis V. Lepak Trucking Co. Inc. seeks to block USPS from terminating its contract, and without relief, Lepak’s employees will be converted to USPS employees or put out of work, the complaint filed Thursday says.
