A Rochester Post Office employee has been charged with theft and official misconduct.
According to court documents, 47-year-old Anita M. Sonafrank, of Rochester, was pocketing money through voided stamp purchases. The United States Postal Service Office of Inspector General, USPS OIG, began investigating her after concerns about missing stamp stock and cash were raised.
