USPS will readminister the paper version of the Postal Pulse survey from June 27 to July 28.

The annual survey allows employees to share observations about their work environments, providing the organization with valuable feedback to make improvements.

Because of an error by survey vendor Gallup, USPS instructed managers and supervisors to destroy the original version of this year’s paper survey.

No data obtained from those surveys will be used. Employees who participated in the previous version of the paper survey must complete the new version in order to have their opinions counted.

Surveys completed electronically were not affected.

“Every day, our employees deliver for America. The Postal Pulse survey lets us know how we are delivering for our employees. We encourage every employee to participate in the survey and let us know how we can strengthen our workplaces,” said Doug Tulino, deputy postmaster general and chief human resources officer.
