USPS hiring notices and job fairs – 02/28/2023

The U.S. Postal Service is looking for workers to fill open positions in Huntsville and the surrounding area.

Job fairs will be held the first four Thursdays in March to fill immediate openings for city carriers and maintenance mechanics positions.

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - The United States Postal Service has announced several job fair locations. In addition to hosting 16 events in Philadelphia, USPS will also hold another 20 events in the suburbs of Philly, including Delaware and up through the Lehigh Valley this March.

USPS personnel will be onsite at each job fair to provide detailed information about the positions and to answer questions.

A new job could be delivered as the U.S. postal service looks for new recruits.

ARLINGTON, OH — The Arlington Post Office, 120 West Liberty Street, Arlington, Ohio 45814 will host a job application workshop on March 3rd from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm to fill openings for city carrier assistants, rural carrier associates, and assistant rural carrier positions. Starting salary is between $19.33 and $19.94 per hour.

RICHMOND, VA — The U.S. Postal Service plans to host weekly job fairs in Richmond this March to fill immediate openings for full-time and part-time positions.

ROANOKE, VA — The U.S. Postal Service plans to host four job fairs in Roanoke this March to fill immediate openings for full-time and part-time positions.

Those who attend will have the chance to meet Alabama-Mississippi District management team members and other USPS representatives to learn about delivery jobs.
