A semi truck driver was pulled to safety by Good Samaritans after he crashed into a bridge support on the Pennsylvania Turnpike on Sunday.
The crash occurred around 1:30 p.m. on October 16 in Hempfield, Pennsylvania, according to TribLive.
A semi truck reportedly hauling mail collided with a support for the Eisaman Road Bridge in the westbound lanes of the Turnpike at mile marker 69.
The truck caught fire shortly after striking the bridge pillar.
