U.S. Postal Service (USPS) officials testified on holiday preparations before the House Oversight and Reform Subcommittee on Government Operations. The witnesses also responded to a legislative proposal from full committee Chair Caroline Maloney (D-NY) to put bar codes on mail-in ballots for tracking purposes during elections.
