EAP provides 24/7 access to licensed professionals who can provide:

• Video counseling;

• Telephone counseling;

• “In-the-moment” support;

• Online therapy;

• Coaching and training; and

• Consultations.

EAP professionals can also assist employees with issues related to work-life balance, health and wellness, elder and child care, critical incident response, suicide prevention and retirement.
