CLEVELAND, Ohio — A mail sorter at a U.S. Postal Service facility in North Royalton is accused of opening mail and stealing more than $33,000 in checks and money orders.
Destiny Mulugata, 24, of Cleveland Heights is charged in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court with theft in office, theft and 19 counts of forgery.
