An unoccupied vehicle belonging 33-year-old man who works as a mail carrier in Cape May County was found on the shoulder of the Garden State Parkway in Wall on Sunday morning, authorities said.
Corey McFadden’s car was located on the northbound side of the toll road around 11:15 a.m. near milepost 96.4, Wall police said.
McFadden, of Lower Township in Cape May County, is a U.S. Postal Service employee who has been delivering mail in Cape May City for many years, a coworker told NJ Advance Media
Co-workers reported him missing after he didn’t show up for work on Monday.
McFadden is described as 5-foot-7-inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds.
Wall residents in the area of the Brice Park, Sandpiper Way, Shoreline Drive, Westside Drive, Allenwood Lakewood Road and Atlantic Avenue are asked by police to check their residential security camera footage.
