COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — Federal investigators now looking for suspects connected to the armed robberies of two United States postal workers held up in the Columbus area within the past six weeks.
A mail carrier called 911 on Dec. 2, telling a dispatcher he was delivering mail on foot on Holbrook Drive when he heard someone say “don’t move.”
“A gentleman, pulled out an AR-15 and took my keys to my truck,” said the caller.
The victim told 911 he willingly gave his keys to the suspect who then jumped into a silver sedan and drove away.
