USPS truck catches fire after crash in Florence

FLORENCE, Ala. — One of Florence’s main roads was closed Wednesday afternoon after a postal truck caught fire at Florence Blvd. and Beman Drive.

Florence police say there was a crash involving a USPS truck, which caught fire. The fire was put out and no major injuries were reported.

The road reopened Wednesday evening.
