Postal worker robbed by armed suspect in Middle River on Saturday, police say

A postal worker was robbed by an armed suspect in Middle River on Saturday, according to Baltimore County Police.

Shortly before 3:30 p.m., officers from Essex Precinct responded to the 1000 block of Orems Rd. for a personal robbery.

When officers arrived they located the victim who is a postal employee, police said.

The victim said an armed suspect obtained property from him before fleeing the location in a vehicle, according to police.

The property belonged to USPS. No personal mail was taken, police say.
