The Postal Service has entered new turmoil with the departure of Postmaster General Louis DeJoy. It is midway through a controversial reform plan. It continues to lose billions of dollars yearly. Jeffrey Miron, an economist and vice president for research at the Cato Institute, says it’s time to seriously consider privatizing USPS
