High Falls, GA postal lady saves mail from truck fire

A High Falls postal carrier escaped her burning mail truck and even saved the undelivered mail after her vehicle caught fire on her route on Wednesday.

Jennifer Pike was delivering toward the end of her route in High Falls when the truck apparently caught fire.

She grabbed the rest of her mail and jumped out of the mail truck, which was soon totally involved. In a time when the postal service is under fire for slow or no delivery, it’s a reminder that there are still some very dedicated carriers.
