PARKLAND, Wash. — Two people were seriously injured after a mail truck burst into flames following a crash with a sedan on Jan. 8, the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office reports.
Deputies were called to the 10600 block of Park Ave S in Parkland just after noon.
The first deputy on site identified the mail truck driver as injured and at risk from the fire, then pulled the driver away from the burning vehicle.
