ROCHESTER, N.Y. – U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Legend Terrance Davis, 21, of Rochester, NY, who was convicted of possession of United States Postal Service key and theft of mail, was sentenced to serve three years’ probation to include six months home detention, and 50 hours of community service, by U.S. District Judge Frank P. Assistant U.S. Attorney Katelyn M. The sentencing is the result of an investigation by the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, under the direction of Boston Division Inspector-in-Charge Ketty Larco-Ward and the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, under the direction of Sheriff Todd Baxter.
