ST. LOUIS — The United States Postal Service’s Inspector General released its audit of several St. Louis mail facilities, saying it found “systemic issues,” with one center breaking a record for the largest delayed mail backlog in USPS field audit history.

If the new PMG is true to his word about restoring service, the people responsible for this will be terminated. Unfortunately, this isn’t an anomaly as it’s happened in North Carolina, Indiana, and Georgia at least. It’s systemic and time for it to stop.
