Today the Ashby Police Department and Ashby FIRE EMS Association Inc. were dispatched to a USPS vehicle on fire and close to a residence. AFD arrived and was able to extinguish the fire before it made it to the house. The house sustained damage to the siding due to the heat of the fire. Great Job Ashby Fire.
