PALMETTO, Ga. — In response to inquiries from 11Alive, the United States Postal Service has confirmed the death of one of its employees at the mega mail facility in Palmetto.

According to USPS, the postal worker was employed as an electronic technician at the Palmetto Regional Processing and Distribution Center, who worked with the Postal Service for 30 years.
