On February 20th | had the pleasure of meeting with Michael Elston, Vice President of Labor Relations for the USPS, to enter into a working agreement by which UPMA would receive expanded representation recognition. Today, I am pleased to announce that the Postal Service has voluntarily recognized UPMA for “purposes of pay consultations, as the representative of non-supervisory, non- managerial Executive and Administrative Schedule (“EAS”) career employees.”
