ROCKFORD — A Rockford community is on the road to recovery after a violent attack on their neighbors Wednesday.
Thursday morning, 13 WREX confirmed the suspect as 22-year-old Christian Soto, who is currently in the Winnebago County Jail on 13 charges stemming from the attack that left four people dead, including a 15-year-old girl and a USPS letter carrier.
