Texas man cited after throwing cinderblock through mail carrier windshield in Royalton, VT

A Texas man is due in court after police said he intentionally damaged a mail carrier windshield.

Vermont State Police said they were called to the Crossroads Bar and Grill in Royalton early Sunday morning for a report of a disturbance.

When troopers arrived, witnesses told them that Justin Gomez, 35, was acting in a disorderly manner and had thrown a cinderblock through the windshield of a mail carrier.

Gomez was ultimately cited on charges of aggravated disorderly conduct and unlawful mischief. He is due in court in January to answer to those charges.
