Postal worker charged with drug trafficking

JACKSON, Ky. (WYMT) – An employee of the United States Post Office in Jackson is facing multiple drug-related charges.

Police said they responded to a complaint on Saturday of a person slumped over the steering wheel of a car in the Jackson Post Office parking lot.

Once they arrived, police said they found Sierra Taulbee, 32, of Vancleve, in the car with a white powder substance on her shirt.

Taulbee then reportedly told police she was carrying fentanyl in a small container.

Police said they grabbed some baggies with substances in them.

Taulbee was charged with trafficking fentanyl, possessing drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.
