New video spotlights the Postal Pulse

In a new video message, Deputy Postmaster General and Chief Human Resources Officer Doug Tulino encourages USPS employees to participate in this year’s Postal Pulse survey.

The survey — which began this month and will conclude Friday, Sept. 13 — allows employees to share observations about their work environment. This feedback helps USPS to make positive changes and improvements.

The Postal Pulse survey takes about 5 to 7 minutes to complete.

The one-minute video, released Aug. 16, is available on Link and other postal websites and will be shown to employees throughout the organization this week and next.

For more information, employees can go to the MyHR webpage and select “Postal Pulse Survey” under “About Human Resources” on the homepage.
