In a new video message, Deputy Postmaster General Doug Tulino thanks employees for sharing their feedback through the 2026 Postal Pulse survey.
The annual survey — which began March 10 and concluded April 17 — allows employes to share observations about their work environment and provides the organization with valuable feedback to make improvements.
The 3-minute video, released Aug. 12, is available on Link and other postal websites. It will be shown to employees throughout the organization this week.
This year’s survey results indicate that employees are proud to work for the Postal Service, understand what is expected of them at work, and recognize that their job contributes to the success of the organization.
“I want you to have a work environment where you can thrive and grow. I want you to feel valued and to know that your opinion matters,” Tulino says in the video.
More than 124,000 employees responded to this year’s survey. Results showed an increase in the participation rate and overall employee engagement from previous years.
More information about the Postal Pulse survey can be found under the “About Human Resources” section on the MyHR homepage.
