NAPS received notification of an impending RIF within the Logistics group. See attached letter. NAPS had received concerns from the field that there were RIF Avoidance procedures being implemented without the participation of NAPS in accordance with 39 U.S. Code § 1004(b). NAPS had reached out to USPS HQ on this violation of Law and will address this response separately.

NAPS will be monitoring the RIF Timeline to ensure that EAS are getting every opportunity to be placed prior to the RIF date of September 9, 2023.
