NAPS President Ivan Butts Speaks at Post Office Renaming Ceremony Honoring Congressman Elijah Cummings

On Friday, July 25, 2025, NAPS National President Ivan Butts was presented remarks at the dedication ceremony renaming a Post Ofice in Baltimore in honor of the late Representative Elijah E. Cummings. Renaming of the facility was passed by both the House and Senate in December 2024 and signed into law on January 4, 2025.
