Memorial bench dedicated for longtime Franklin letter carrier

Franklin, PA – The day could not have been more beautiful at the Two Mile Run County Park fishing pier for a bench dedication ceremony in memory of Roger Jenkins, a longtime Franklin letter carrier who passed away in January.

Dave Minor, a retiree of the Erie branch of the National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC), reads a short scripture verse before leading attendees in the Lord’s Prayer on Monday morning at a memorial bench dedication for Roger Jenkins, longtime postal carrier and member of the NALC. The dedication was held at the fishing pier at Two Mile Run County Park
