According to the plea agreement, Farajov owned and operated Talishco LLC, a trucking and freight brokerage company in Orlando. In May 2022, Farajov enrolled Talishco in the USPS “Freight Auction” program to transport bulk mail for the USPS. Between June 2022 and January 2023, Farajov bid on and was awarded hundreds of contracts to transport mail across the country on behalf of the USPS.
Ex-Postal Worker Admits to Stealing Checks in Massive $34 Million Fraud Scheme
INDIANAPOLIS- A former United States Postal Service letter carrier, Destinee Ruffin, 29, of Indianapolis, has pleaded guilty to orchestrating a $34 million conspiracy to commit bank fraud by stealing checks from the U.S. Mail. Ruffin is scheduled to be sentenced on October 27, 2026. This case was brought as part of the Trump Administration’s Task Force to Eliminate Fraud.
