Man charged with assaulting USPS letter carrier in Baden neighborhood

St. Louis prosecutors charged 23-year-old Dewayne White on Sunday with third-degree assault, a class E felony. He was booked at the St. Louis Criminal Justice Center with bond set at $1,000 cash only.
