2 arrested in Beaufort Co. after receiving illegal firearms/firearms parts through the US Mail, USPIS confirms
The USPIS said this arrest serves as a reminder that individuals who use the mail to commit crimes will be brought to justice.
Husband and Wife, and a Third Individual Charged with Firearms Trafficking
Defendants Osorio-Rivera and Vázquez-Millán acquired firearms in Massachusetts, where they resided, and arranged for them to be sent to Puerto Rico via the Priority Mail service from the U.S. Postal Service.
