Cleveland mail carrier fired after multiple complaints

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A Cleveland woman has a new mail carrier, three years after she said she never received a single piece of mail.

Rhonda Long said the carrier was intentionally not delivering her mail.

Long finally reached out to the 19 Troubleshooters last week and learned over the weekend a new carrier will be assigned to her route.

“Saturday when I went to the post office they did inform me that she had been let go of her duties from West Park Postal Services pending their investigation on her. And that there will be a new postal carrier to be delivering our mail now,” said Long.
