An IG report flags deep resource risks in the postal health benefits program

Fight back or roll over that is your two choices. Why the government is letting this thing destroy everything for the people makes me wonder if it is done on purpose to unload the responsibility of the people. What a poor country we have become feels like we have a communist country now.
