Delivery is central to the U.S. Postal Service’s mission, and the Postal Service is legally mandated to measure customer delivery experiences. To do so, the Postal Service contracts with a survey supplier to assess the delivery service sentiment of residential customers and small and medium businesses nationwide.

MEREDITH — A United States Postal Service mail truck caught fire in Meredith on Friday morning, destroying both the vehicle and a “considerable” amount of mail still inside. The driver was able to exit the vehicle and was not injured, according to Meredith Fire Chief Ken Jones.
