The U.S. Postal Inspection Service on Tuesday released photos of suspects they believe to be involved in the shooting of a postal employee earlier this month in Henrietta, and the vehicle they allegedly used to flee the scene.

The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office says on Oct. 16, deputies responded to the parking lot of the Rochester Processing and Distribution Center on Jefferson Road just before 1 a.m. There, they found the employee with at least one gunshot wound. The individual was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital, where they were treated and released.

According to the sheriff’s office, the suspect struck both the victim and the victim’s car with gunfire while the victim was sitting in his car. Officials say the suspect left the scene before they arrived. Deputies say they used multiple resources, including K-9s and drones, in an attempt to locate the suspect immediately after the incident.

Up to $150,000 is being offered for information that leads to the identification, arrest and conviction of those responsible.
