ACE computers to get Windows 11 in August

The Postal Service will begin upgrading the operating system on ACE desktop and laptop computers in August.

Windows 11 will be installed on ACE workstations automatically. Employees and contractors can also initiate the upgrade themselves. The installation will take two to four hours.

The upgrade will not affect any files stored on the ACE workstations. More information is available in the May 28 CIO Notice of Information.
