Have an ACE computer? Set up password recovery in eAccess

All Postal Service employees and contractors who use ACE desktop and laptop computers must set up new password recovery settings in eAccess.

After signing into eAccess with an ACE ID and their password, ACE users will be asked to choose a four-digit password reset key and choose answers to three security questions.

A system upgrade on July 10 required erasing all ACE users’ previous password recovery settings.

Instructions are available on Blueshare. Employees and contractors who set up their password recovery after July 10 do not need to take any action.
