USPS Worker Crashes – Arrested For Possible DUI

DETAILS:

1. What appears to be a uniformed United States Postal Service employee was arrested for unknown reasons after crashing his mail truck into a wall Wednesday afternoon
2. San Gabriel FD paramedics responded to the residential area just north of Coolidge Elementary School regarding the solo vehicle crash
3. Due to radio encryption, the crime element of this crash is not yet known. We are currently awaiting further info from the San Gabriel PD PIO
4. The USPS worker was seen with scrapes and open wounds as a result of the collision being interrogated by police before being cuffed onto a stretcher and transported to a hospital
5. Details are still developing. The mail truck was loaded with mail at time of crash.
